After Lisa's explosive Besos dinner in the previous episode, the Housewives divide in the beginning of the season's second episode to discuss the state of their relationships. Of course, these heart to hearts could not simply take place over a cup of tea. While some Housewives opt to hash it out over a
nice dinner, the cast of Salt Lake City took a different approach.
Angie Katsanevas inviting new cast member Bronwyn Newport to her hair salon, Lunatic Fringe, in Salt Lake City. Angie saw this as an opportunity to get to know Bronwyn, outside of her friendship with Lisa Barlow.
However, this also meant that we were given the opportunity to be reminded of just how successful some of these cast members are. In a cut to some previous footage, we see Angie showing off construction for her 10th hair salon location across Utah, Idaho, Ohio and Tennessee.

Whilst this was minor, in comparison to some of the examples of shameless self-promotion on reality TV these days, it felt like an obvious way to draw our attention to Angie's business.
In the later half of the episode, the Housewives come back together to complete Heather's 'bonding exercise' on a ropes course, in an effort to build some bridges. Although we did get the chance to enjoy seeing the ladies attempt the course, more attention was paid to the sit-down conversation that followed.
In what could have been another explosive dinner, with yet another walkout at the end of the episode, the activity ended rather disappointingly. Rather than work toward any kind of resolution, the tension between certain cast members continued to simmer.
However, Whitney was quick to announce a cast trip for the opening of Drag Queen, Trixie Mattel's new bar... to Milwaukee.
It could be said that in such a large franchise, such as Real Housewives, we, as fans, have come to expect the shows' cast trips to be some of the most blatant displays of wealth on television. However, a cast trip to Milwaukee, does not sound promising.
Episode Rating: 5/10
